Warm it in the microwave for 30 to 45 seconds, or chill it in the freezer for cold therapy, then rest it wherever the tension lives.

Choose your fill: rice with essential oils, rice with organic dried lavender, or unscented rice.

The cover is removable for easy cleaning - handwash, please, since each one is handmade.
