Shipping policy

There are three ways to get your order from Hive Provisions + Refillery (Hive Co.).

Pickup at the shop. Order online and collect it at 504 South 11th Street, Suite B in Tacoma. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we will let you know when yours is waiting.

Local delivery. Available in the Tacoma area. Choose local delivery at checkout to see if your address qualifies.

Shipping. We ship to all 50 United States plus the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

If your order arrives damaged, or has not turned up when you expected it, email us at hello@hiveprovisions.com and we will make it right.
