Hive is a 30-second walk up the hill from Plunge + Restore on S 11th, which may be longer than you will last in the cold plunge tub your first time. 🛀🏼 🤣 (Just kidding, it's awesome!).
I joined as a founding member because I believe in what Toni and Laura are building here. Plus, they are really good humans and great neighbors. I keep the showers and bathrooms stocked from the same clean products that sit in our Refillery at Hive. Every bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash at Plunge + Restore gets refilled by me, and getting to refill their body products is one of my favorite walks!
Why we partner with them
A cold plunge and a sauna are the kind of things you keep coming back to, and so is a good refill habit. Both are about taking care of yourself without a lot of fuss. Plunge + Restore made the choice to put refillable product in their showers and bathrooms instead of a rack of little plastic bottles, and that is exactly the kind of neighbor we want to be in community with.

At the Refillery
Bring a bottle. Fill what you need. Come back when it is empty.
Bring your own bottle or start with one of ours. We weigh it empty, fill it at the bar, and you pay by the ounce for what went in. A refill costs 10 to 40% less than buying the same product in a new bottle. You pay for the product, not the packaging.
Don't have a container with you? No worries. Take one from our free Jar Library. And if you have extras, we will gladly take them off your hands!

Why refill at all
A bottle of shampoo is mostly water in a plastic container that often gets thrown away the moment the product runs out. The container is the expensive part and the wasteful part. Refilling keeps the bottle and replaces only what you used.
